How can I access the Vendy Mobi App?
Android users: Go to mobi.netvendor.co.za on your internet browser.Once you are on the webpage it will prompt to add the app to the homes screen.
Apple Users: Go to mobi.vendy.co.za on your internet browser. Click on the square icon with the arrow at the bottom of the screen, select more and click add to home screen.

What is a PWA App?
The netVendor Mobile Application is a porgressive web application which is delivered via the web and can be used on mobile devices as well as desktops and laptops. As it is web-based, it will not be available on the Googple Play Store or Apple Store.
Will I need to verify my details everytime I log in?
No, one you have logged in, you will not need to verifiy your details again. Only if you log out or login from a different device will you need to repeat the verification process. We recommend you add the mobi app to your home screen for easy access.
How do I see my last token that I purchased?
Once you are logged into the Vendy app, go to recharge hsitory. Your last 5 purchases will be displayed here with the tokens.
Is the app availble on the Google Play Store or Apple Store?
No, the Vendy Mobi App is a PWA app that is accesible from your web browser.
What is the Smart Reading button my app?
This feature on the Vendy Mobi App will provide you with smart devices that are generating load profile readings (Readings every 30 minutes), with graphs which will display your usage. You will be able to view daily, monthly and hourly usage readings dependend on the smart meter that you have installed.
